Educational Qualifications & Work Experience:

A. Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ – General Stream

Education (Any ONE):

Graduation (Commerce/Maths/Economics/Stats/Business Admin/Engineering) – Min. 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). OR *
Company Secretary (CS)/CMA (ICWA)/CFA. OR *
Chartered Accountant (CA). OR * Full-time 2-year MBA/PGDM (Any Discipline) – Recognized Institution.

Experience (Required only for candidates with Qualification (i) or (ii) above):

Min. 2 years experience in credit dispensation (MSME/Corporate lending – *excluding personal/educational/vehicle/housing loans*) as an officer in All India FIs, Scheduled Commercial Banks, or RBI-registered NBFCs.
Note: CA or MBA/PGDM holders require no minimum work experience.

B. Manager Grade ‘B’ – General Stream

Experience:

Min 5 years as a permanent officer in RBI SEBI, All India scheduled commercial Bank.

Experience: Min. 5 years post-qualification experience as an Advocate OR as a Law Officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank, FI, PSU, or other entity.

D. Manager Grade ‘B’ – IT Stream

Education (Any ONE):
- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech (CS/IT/EC/ETC/EEE) – Min. 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). OR
- MCA/MSc (IT)/MSc (Computer Science) – Min. 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Experience: Min. 5 years post-qualification experience in IT fields (AI/ML Automation, Full Stack Dev, Security, Infrastructure/Network) in a Scheduled Commercial Bank, All India FI, PSU, or IT-focused entity.
