AAI Non Executive Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements for the respective positions:

1. Senior Assistant (Official Language)

  • Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in any subject with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects at the degree level.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in translation work from English to Hindi or vice versa in Central or State Government offices or reputed organizations.

2. Senior Assistant (Accounts)

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate, preferably B.Com., with computer literacy.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field of finance and accounts.

3. Senior Assistant (Electronics)

  • Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the discipline.

4. Junior Assistant (Fire Service)

  • Educational Qualification: Passed 10th standard plus 3 years’ approved regular Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire with minimum 50% marks; or 12th pass (Regular Study) with 50% marks.
  • Driving License: Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License; or Valid Medium Vehicle Driving License issued at least one year before the date of advertisement; or Valid Light Motor Vehicle Driving License issued at least two years before the date of advertisement.

  • Upper Age Limit: 30 years as of March 5, 2025.
